Someone should mention that, while this book describes the river in Cheydinhal being the Corbolo, the geography of Cyrodiil clearly shows that the Reed River is what flows through the city.
- Actually, the Reed River's source is well south of Cheydinhal. The water actually going through the city is landlocked, and not connected to any rivers, though it is closer to the Reed than the Corbolo. --TheRealLurlock Talk 23:08, 26 April 2007 (EDT)
- Actually, it is entirely possible for a river to become subterranean as it flows from its source, occasionally springing to the surface in what appears to be a line of ponds or lakes. The positioning (most importantly, their relative elevations as water must flow down) of Lake Arrius, Cheydinhal, and the surface source of the Reed all suggest one thing: that drainage from Lake Arrius springs into Cheydinhal, flows through the city, then submerges in the pool outside the south wall and through the hill until it springs out into the low valley south of Cheydinhal. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 192.31.106.34 (talk • contribs).
