My note concerning the servant avaliability for the house in Skingrad[edit]

I thought it a nice thing to add the fact that you could have a servant for that house. Considering it's the only house without using the official plugins that can have a servant I figured it important enough to include all of one sentence on this page stating that fact. Even the Chorrol house has a note on it stating that the servant's quarters there doesn't mean you can actually have a servant, so why not state you can have a servant for the Skingrad one? 98.66.203.236 16:11, 24 June 2011 (UTC)

I patrolled your reinstatement. I agree I suppose. It seems like it is quite notable. --DKong27 Talk Cont 19:45, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

Stealing home furnishing[edit]

Is it possible to steal furnishings for homes? I have heard rumors about stealing furnishings for the Imperial City home but haven't figured out whether or not it's possible. — Unsigned comment by Obliviongamer (talkcontribs) on 26 June 2011

For some houses, yes. See each individual article for details. For instance, Shack for Sale for the Imperial City. rpeh •TCE 17:59, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Decorating My Skingrad House.[edit]

I play on the PS3 and I am finding it really hard to move the objects into the positions i want them to be in, and also I look on youtube and theres a few videos with people hanging things off the wall on what looks like nails that arn't there in my home, ive tried firing arrows into the wall and using them but it doesnt work, any ideas? — Unsigned comment by 90.205.65.67 (talk) at 23:30 on 13 July 2011 (GMT)

I looked at a couple of YouTube videos just now and from what I've seen, it just looks like people very cleverly placing items on top of desks and cupboards so that the items appear to be mounted on walls. If you have the patience, it's a very convincing effect, but I am pretty sure that without mods it's impossible to hang things on walls Kitkat1749 22:57, 13 July 2011 (UTC)
Thank You
I have been trying for ages now but quite clearly the patience to try and do it. — Unsigned comment by 90.205.65.244 (talk) on 14 July 2011
I've read a post by someone who said they hung shields from paintbrushes using the paintbrush bug, but can't confirm as I've never tried. --84.63.208.62 13:36, 15 August 2011 (UTC)

The paint brush glitch will work but it is extreamly hard to get the brush close enough to the wall that the shild dont fall or slide of do to an angled brush. Would take less time finding a job to by a plug in than useing the brushes Froggy™ 16:15, 4 October 2011 (UTC)

Quest Page[edit]

Currently, all (bar Anvil) house purchasing quests redirect to the house page. I think that a quest page listing the different journal entries for each quest would be beneficial, with the redirects linking to their respective sections. --Legoless 11:44, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

Summitmist Manor[edit]

I think summitmist manor should be considered a free house since you can sleep in the beds and nevilles chest doesnt respawn. and i noticed there isnt a page for it Critias 21:48, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

It says that all chests must be safe, but other than that I agree with you. However, I think that the free houses section is mostly for houses owned by the player, otherwise there would be a lot of houses that could be described as free houses. I think it could be added though.RIM 23:03, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

Missing house pages[edit]

Any chance someone will make the pages for Cheydinhal and Leyawin? --Darkness has risen... 00:33, 25 April 2012 (UTC)

Well, GK was working on the rest of the houses, but she's been gone for a while. I might just take a stab at them :). eshetalk 18:27, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
Ask and ye shall receive! They still need images, but the last two houses now have articles :). eshetalk 00:14, 28 April 2012 (UTC)

Incorrect Cheydinhal House furnishing listings[edit]

I believe the furnishing prices are incorrect. When I went to Borba gra-Uzgash to buy the Cheydinhal House furnishings, each one was 2721 gold, not 1500. If you haggle her completely, bringing the bar all the way to 141% for buying, and 79% for selling ( I've never gotten into mercantile before, so I don't know if more skill means better haggling possibilities), you can buy a furnishing for 2121 gold. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if the information, which states each furnishing as 1500, is incorrect. 68.53.74.245 15:53, 20 April 2014 (GMT)Trenton -Edit: Oh, I see. Base cost. Sorry, I got it.
