In my expert opinion on legal jargon, this article leaves a shadow of a doubt as to whether this item can be found as random loot. Pending the improvement of this page, I am going to assume that it can be, as I found some in Greenmead Cave. Not being a legal expert, I can't speak as to whether or not the information holds up to legal standards. Nevertheless, I fail to see what is so ambiguous about the statement:

It can also be found randomly in some loot chests.

Which states that they appear (a) randomly and (b) as loot in chests. If you have a specific suggestion about what could be done to improve the sentence, feel free to make the improvement. But vague statements with no details of what you consider to be inaccurate or misleading are not helpful. --Nephele^Talk 12:48, 30 May 2009 (EDT)
