Does Marcel Amelion appear in Water's Edge before the Infiltration Quest? I was wondering if there is any dialogue with him related to his debt before the Blackwood Quest but never noticed him before.^{—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.134.75.234 (talk • contribs).}

No, he is set to 'initially disabled' and only becomes active during the respective stage in the Fighter's Guild quest. --Saruuk 01:46, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
