Can't find notes[edit]

I have the PS3 version of the game and I broke into this guys and the orc's (the other guy with the storage note) and couldn't find the note anywhere in either of these guys basements. There must be an order of some sort in which you must complete things for the note to be here.— Unsigned comment by 90.242.80.252 (talk) at 17:08 on 27 December 2008

Did you buy the IC house yet? You have to start the quest and buy the house before the notes can be found.—penguin0719 18:13, 27 December 2008 (EST)
No you don't have to have started the quest. It's on a crate in the basement. –RpehTCE 16:13, 31 December 2008 (EST)

Body under a bridge[edit]

I randomly found his body under the bridge to the west of the Imperial city. Had all the stuff still on it. Is that a bug or a note, or did he randomly fall and die, or did I kill him and forget?

He could've die under other circumstances on one of his trips to Anvil. He could have found a creature and flee, and thus falling from the bridge or he could've found a bandit, etc. There are many ways in which traveling NPCs can die. --S'drassa T2M 18:29, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
Does this mean I can't buy a house in the Imperial City? AndarielHalo 18:31, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
No, you can still buy the house from Vinicia Melissaeia and the upgrades from Sergius Verus. The only thing that makes him to be "involved" in the quest is because he has a copy of an upgrade for the house. --S'drassa T2M 18:39, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
