I found some kind of Arrow on the third level od Moranda, it is close to the Aleyd statue on top of the big column in the middle of the room. It is called something like "More Welkynd Pilin". I believe the More Welkynd Pilin, or whatever it is called, is added by the Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul mod. For the record, it's a rather powerful arrow, and there are only 3 or 4 of them to be found. --Gaebrial 08:40, 6 December 2007 (EST)

that stuff is powerful, killed the king of worms with one shot at lvl 19.
