Anybody know how to finish this quest. Got the all clear , sent back to see Darana. She won't recognize that the trolls have been clear. How do I find the SetStage command?

Been in the cave previous to the fighter guild quest. started the fighter guild quest. killed all trolls and found the remains. but i dont get a message saying i should return with the news. the green pointer icon thing just stays in the cavern where the remains of the missing persons are. playing this on pc. what up with this? i cant finish the quest although i have done everything! 121.44.36.49 01:58, 11 June 2007 (EDT)

[edit] Ok figured out how to get around this problem...

ok. if you are on a pc (i dont know about xbox) use the console commands. (ie use the ~ key)

depending on where you are have trouble you may have to use a different command. but when i found the remains/bodies of the missing people i didnt get the message saying i did so i used this command: (you may want to backup your save files)

setstage 0003571B 40 which will give you a message something like: Journal Entry: Inside the Swampy Cave, I've found the corpses of the townsfolk that are missing. It looks like trolls have been feeding on the people weakened by the will-o-the-wisps. I should make sure to clear out all the remaining trolls from the cave complex.

Here are the rest of the commands you may need: Open the console and type in: setstage 0003571B 10 Journal Entry: Burz gro-Khash has given me a contract to go to Harlun's Watch, near Cheydinhal, and investigate the disappearances of some of the local populace. I should speak to Drarana Thelis.

setstage 0003571B 20 Journal Entry: I have spoken to Drarana Thelis in Harlun's Watch. She tells me that folks have been seeing strange lights in the swamps, and when they've gone to investigate, none have returned.

setstage 0003571B 30 Journal Entry: It seems that the strange lights people were seeing over the swamp are will-o-the-wisps. But, there don't seem to be any signs of the townsfolk who disappeared. The Will-o-the-wisps were surrounding a cave, though. I should investigate.

setstage 0003571B 35 Journal Entry: I've killed all of the trolls in Swampy Cave. I should report what I've found to Drarana Thelis.

• there is a variable for 0003571B 35, which i'm thinking is the cause for this glitch, but what do i know.

Journal Entry: I've killed all of the trolls in Swampy Cave. I should look for evidence that these were the creatures responsible for the disappearances at Harlun's Watch.

In case you need them, the last two stages are: setstage 0003571B 50 Journal Entry: Drarana Thelis was saddened at the fates of the townsfolk, but has rewarded me for my efforts. I should report to Burz gro-Khash for payment of the contract.

[edit] Fighters Guild Bug

I completed this quest and all the other quests from Burz gro-Kash. Now he tells me to see Azzan in Anvil for more duties but Azzan tells me to go back to Burz in Cheydinhal.
