I know Rox is part of the black bow bandits, and I also know she hangs with her main man brugo. The funny thing was this round, I decided to visit Telepe, while I was at Leyewyn. When I did, I found Rox, but no one else? Ok may be it's me PS/3, may be not. I also noticed it messing up in other parts of the game. So I dismissed this as a Glitch.
