I have found "Sacred Witness" in the Duke's quarters in Shivering Isles. However,I'm not sure if this should be added, being a shivering isles source. I beleive it was on the bottom shelf of the middle bookshelf. ^{—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.137.173.38 (talk • contribs).}
