After freeing everyone from the Windmill, Asga will send you after Sergeant Seyne:

Asga: "Sergeant Seyne. You must help Seyne!"

Asga: "Hurry to the docks. Seyne won't last long by herself."

Speaking with her:

"By the docks. Seyne is defending the fishermen, but the Covenant will soon pull her down. You must help her!"

If you speak to her again, she'll just repeat:

"Hurry to the docks. Seyne won't last long by herself."

If you choose to defend Fort Zeren and completed Zeren in Peril. She will not survive the attack on the docks. Her body will be found outside of the archway of the docks.
