Balaru Ven

Balaru Ven is a Dark Elf commoner infected with the Llodos Plague found inside Quarantine Serk. Her skin is crawling with open sores and obvious lesions. When spoken to, it is very clear that she is suffering. She is singing passages from what appear to be popular Dunmeri songs or nursery rhymes to cope with the pain. She also could be hallucinating.
