Cirandur is a High Elf found dead outside the ruins of Ninendava, next to a note titled Mustn't Forget. When you search his corpse, he transforms into a bloodfiend and proceeds to attack you.
He is located right next to the skyshard at this location, but it is possible to collect it without having to fight him.
Bugs[edit]
- His health bar appears full when he is lying dead on the ground initially ?
- The search option (not loot) remains available after defeating him. Using it again has no further effect. ?
