"No, but my parents were, and I brought them back to the Hist when they died. Though I am not from Hissmir, I plan to remain.
I did not pass the trials my first time, but studied hard and eventually made it through."

Few non-Argonians bother to come all this way for the trials, so I see no problem with it. If they wish to learn from the Hist, and they pass the trials through diligent effort, why shouldn't they participate?"
