Fenarcalmo is a High Elf commoner who can be found at the Sisters of the Sands Inn in Sentinel. He has been marked for death by the person he cripplingly maimed in a previous duel, leaving his opponent unable to even exact his own revenge. For some reason, he seems obsessed with a particular basket in the inn, and is constantly rummaging around in it. He has no unique dialogue.
