When you approach her, she will be humming while drinking.

If you speak to her while the queen is still in Vulkhel Guard, she says:

"Hey there. Saw the carts, eh? Sorry, nobody out here but the help. The Queen herself is still in Vulkhel Guard."

The Queen?

"Yes, she's down in the big city getting ready for her speech. The kick off to her grand tour of Auridon, you know.
I guess she's due up here with her retinue afterwards. I've been hired to amuse the nobles while they're on the road."

What's the speech about?

"Oh, you know. Unity under the Eagle banner and such. Why don't you head down there? Find a guard to report into. They're taking names at the gates, you know. Security.
Anyway, head down there. You might see history firsthand!"

I'll do that.

Speaking to her again:

"Enjoy the pomp and circumstance, friend. I'll keep the mugs warm for the royals. Heh."

Dialogue

After completing the Vulkhel Guard objectives, she will encourage patience in dealing with royalty:

"Don't hold rudeness against the royals. It's like the scorpion, you know? It's in their nature."

She'll disappear after completing In the Name of the Queen.
