Before the quest, she will be roaming around the proximity of the southern opening of the prison:

"This place isn't safe for strangers. What are you doing here?"

If you speak to her to see General Raetus, she will give you directions but will warn you about the cannibals on the west side:

I need to see General Raetus.

"Strange. People don't usually come looking for the condemned. He's not far beyond these walls.
A word of advice: don't stray into the western side of the prison. Not unless you want to be eaten."

Eaten?

"For dinner. Some of the prisoners have gone feral.
Captivity with no hope of escape will do that to the weak-minded."

Thanks for the warning.

Speaking to her again:

"Move along. Don't you have somewhere to be?"

After the quest:

"Thanks for getting those supplies. Quite a few of us have been in need of a good patching up."

The Keystone

If you choose to destroy the keystone, she will be in disbelief of being free:

"Can it be? Are we really free of this place?"

After the quest:

"Thanks for freeing us. It's about time we got out of this horrid swamp."

Notes

• If you choose to absorb the keystone, she will disappear, presumably regressed into a feral state.
