Occasionally he and Azhnakha will ponder the whereabouts of their fellow soldiers.
- Azhnakha: "We've waited here long enough. They're not coming. Montclair's men probably killed them."
- Githil: "I know … I just do not understand how this happened. I always thought the baron was a good man."
- Azhnakha: "I don't know. I heard rumors he's associated with vampires. Who cares though, we leave tomorrow and put it all behind us."
