Speaking to him:

"Please, will you help me? I work for the merchant, Damar. He needs your help!"

What's going on?

"While we were away on business, we received word of the Imperial attack. When we got here, the houses were on fire!
Damar went to look for survivors. I think he's looking for his fiancee, Milta."

Where is Damar now?

"He entered a house, but then ran back out holding his side. That's when I saw Daedra everywhere! Damar headed toward the other side of the village, chased by them!
Please take this bucket and get water from the well to douse the fires!"
