Jagnas is a Redguard resident of Bergama who can be found in the central square by the water well, but will move after the quest Left at the Altar, at which time he'll remain at the ceremony.

He is Tiela's father, and will ask you to help him with a little problem.

When you first approach him and haven't started the quest, he will say "This is getting to be absurd."

Speaking to him:

"How much longer must we pretend? My daughter wails in disappointment and our two families verge on coming to blows!
There is nothing to be done for it! The groom is not coming!"

What happened to the groom?

"We do not know. Casnar may be among those who recently went missing, or … he simply changed his mind. He is a Forebear, after all.
I warned her—Crowns and Forebears should not mix! Now, everyone is angry. She must call off the wedding!"

Why won't she call it off?

"Tiela is like a duneripper in a sandstorm! She buries her head to hide from the truth!
Perhaps you can help. I must stay here, but someone needs to speak to Casnar's brother. Unless he can explain things, my daughter has agreed to give up."

If you revealed the truth about Magistrate Sulma:

I suppose though, if no one has told us that Casnar's corpse was found, then that is a good sign."

Speak to Enneh and he'll add:

Once you've made a deal with Uncle Thakh gro-Ram, you can speak to him about his treachery:

"I cannot believe this! He should not be here!
And how can she go through with this when he made us wait so long?"

Casnar told me what you did.

"The sneaky little cur! I only tried to get the wedding called off for their own good.
Crowns and Forebears are too different. Remember my words—this marriage will not last. Someday they will realize that I was right!"

After the quest, he will respond with:

"I cannot believe Tiela went through with it!
All I can say is thank Ruptga that I have other daughters. I will not even allow them to talk to Forebears!
