Motuu is an Argonian weaponsmith who can be found at his shop, Motuu's Finer Edge, at Shadowfen Markets in Stormhold in front of the Fighters Guild. When met, he will always be found standing in front of a target dummy by the shop tent, swinging his sword at it.
Despite being a weaponsmith, he doesn't know how to wield any of the swords he makes. However, he is being taught swordplay by fellow shopkeeper Hollow-Leg with whom he shares a merchant tent. Hollow-Leg occasionally walks over to see how Motuu's practice is going, and makes a critical remark when he does.

- "Yes, I am new to … swordplay. But I have known the fine edge of blades since I was hatched. Shall I show you my wares?"
