Order of the Hour Style Master is awarded for learning all of the Order of the Hour Style motifs. There are 14 books in all to find. They can only be found by completing the daily repeating quest The Roar of the Crowds at the Kvatch Arena in the Gold Coast. Those who do not have access to the Dark Brotherhood DLC can still find them in Guild Stores. The books are:
