According to Centurion Gavo's confession, the Stonefire cult plans to summon a Dark Anchor within Arenthia.

Quick Walkthrough[edit]

  1. Stop the Stonefire Cult's ritual.
  2. Find Mane Akkhuz-ri.
  3. Talk to Cariel.
  4. Talk to Kazirra.

Detailed Walkthrough[edit]

Talk to Cariel in the center of Arenthia. She thinks the Mane may have gone to the temple district. You need to stop the Stonefire ritual and find Mane Akkhuz-ri.

Enter the Temple District through the southeastern door. Defeat the three pyromancers and destroy the unfinished dolmen.

Enter the Temple to the Divines behind the dolmen. Head into the Temple Undercroft; the door is at the bottom of the stairs. Use the door at the end of the hall to enter the Sanctum of the Mane.

Defeat the Dar-M'Athra shade and infernal. Mane Akkhuz-ri appears. You need to get him to low enough health that he surrenders. The Dark Mane separates himself from Akkhuz-ri and vows to meet you again.

Talk to Akkhuz-ri. He remembers the Dark Mane talked to Javad Tharn about visiting places throughout Reaper's March.

Talk to Cariel. She is surprised to see the Mane alive, but the Dominion has driven out the Colovians. She asks you to tell Kazirra what happened.

Leave the Temple District and go to the center of Arenthia. She thanks you for your great work in Arenthia, and thinks you may be the Moon Hallowed.

Path of the Hallowed[edit]

Your next quest depends on your progress through the storyline in Reaper's March:

  • If this is the first time you have been identified as the Moon Hallowed, you will be given A Door Into Moonlight.
  • If you have already completed the objectives at Fort Grimwatch and been named Moon Hallowed by Shazah, you will be given To Rawl'kha.

Notes[edit]

  • The remaining Colovian soldiers that were left battling the resistance fighters at the end of the previous quest are removed upon completing this one, completely ridding the city of them once and for all.
  • The dialogue of Akkhuz-ri's projections in the city after completing the quest doesn't have subtitles.
  • The notes from the Tower district are all moved in various parts of the central, open part, of Arenthia after completing this quest, giving you another chance to read them since the Tower district becomes off-limit.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g., <Alias=LocationHold>) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
  • Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
  • Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
