Caldana Monrius is a female Imperial living in Crucible, New Sheoth. She is a Skooma addict who begs you to bring her some. Doing so not only makes her very happy (to the point that she'll shout "Skooma! Skooma!" upon exiting the conversation) but will result in her giving you a token of appreciation. 80% of the time she will give you a random piece of clutter (various cutlery, standard clothing, etc) but the other 20% of the time she'll reward you with something useful (leveled jewelry or potion). Since the leveled lists used to determine the reward are standard Oblivion ones, she will not give you Shivering Isles items. Giving her skooma also gives you a +75 disposition boost; talking to her about skooma but then refusing to give her any gives you a -25 disposition penalty.
