Cindanwe is a female Altmer living in the settlement of Fellmoor. She is allegedly conspiring to kill the 2 Khajiit living there. She is overly pedantic, to the point of requiring everything in her home to be arranged immaculately. Cidanwe keeps a diary filled with nonsense and treats her farmhands poorly in an attempt to mask her insanity.
Cindanwe's house contains a much larger number of reagents than usual: six containers, each with four samples of: black tar, tobacco, tomatoes and water root pod pit, for a total of 96 reagents. (plus six tomatoes, two smoked baliwog legs, and a loaf of bread). Also, two tomatoes and nine water root pod pits in baskets. [verification needed — which ingredients respawn?]
