Felas Sarandas is a male Dunmer living in Passwall. He seems to have a phobia in regard to germs and diseases, and will go to great lengths to avoid anything he deems "sick", including the player. He also seems to have a relationship with Nanette Don as they are often seen together. During the main quest he becomes a priest of order. After you complete the Rebuilding the Gatekeeper quest, you encounter Felas for the last time- he is leading a small platoon of Order Knights to the Gates of Madness. Unfortunately for Felas there is a large and eager Gatekeeper guarding the gate. Felas and his knights are then killed by the Gatekeeper.

[edit] Notes
- During the Rebuilding the Gatekeeper quest, it is possible for him not to follow the Knights of Order as they rush the new Gatekeeper. If he remains in the village, he will still be wearing the Order priests' robes and sword, but the Dark Seducers or Golden Saints (depending on the faction) in the area will not attack him. However, if you kill him yourself at this point, it will count as murder and your bounty will go up accordingly.
