The ingredient Fungus Stalk comes from the Dementia plant "Fungus Stalk." There are actually 2 varieties of this plant, both of which yield the same ingredient. However, the less common variety has a 50% harvest chance and the more commone one has a 33% harvest chance.

• 3 samples are in Shivering:Earil's Mysteries Upper Floor in Crucible

It can also be found randomly in Ahjazda's inventory and in some loot chests.
