Hill of Suicides is a large hill rising high above a lake that serves as a purgatory-like area for the Isles (quest-related). [edit]

The inhabitants of the hill are ghosts who you are unable to talk to. Each of these ghosts once committed suicide to end their pain, and they are now forced to stand atop this hill. You must find and return their skulls in order to release their spirits once and for all.
