Shivering:Mount Sheogorath

The highest point in the Shivering Isles. Go south from Frenzied Camp climbing elevation as you go and you can't miss it.

When you get close enough to the summit you can see it being dominated by a massive pillar base which is approximately four times the size of an NPC. Oriented so that each of of the corners of the base are facing each of the cardinal directions, it is dominated by a massive bust (there are many small busts like this both in towns and dungeons) standing approximately three times the size of an NPC. The bust is gazing easterly and downward, essentially watching the only viable approach to the summit.

Note if you use the tcl console command to get a "statue eye view" you can see the Dunroot Burrow, Sanctum of Decadence entrance in the lower right corner of the screen, and the Stairway of Sheogorath in the upper right. During the evening you can also clearly see an aurora-like phenomenon in the sky during above the central mountain range (perhaps separating Mania and Dementia?)

There are also three Aster Blooms growing on the base.
