Ushnar gro-Shadborgob is a male Orc Publican living in Crucible, New Sheoth. He is deathly afraid of cats, and asks you to make Bhisha the Khajiit "disappear." If you do this for him, he will reward you with one of his Skinned Hounds. If your character is a Khajiit however, he will not give you the quest and will sic his dog on you. This may result in death of both him and his dog, as nearby NPCs join the fight. An interesting note, if you follow him around on his daily routine, you will find he makes a stop at the Museum of Oddities, and even takes a tour. Between 8 and 10pm every evening he spends time with the Duelists, fighting on Morndas and Fredas and serving as the bartender every other day during which time he buys and sells potions and ingredients.
