Uungor is a male Bosmer living in Bliss, New Sheoth. He offers to switch beds with Amiable Fanriene, whose house he lives in afterwards. Uungor claims to be sane, but in a sad irony, he is completely obsessed with proving his sanity as well as his escape from the Isles. He also owns one of four Beggar's Shirts in the game.
