[edit] Jsaesci?

Current version of this transcription has the mage badgering Grommok into writing down "Jsaesci" into the journal as being the origin of the sword. When I saw this book in game, I could have sworn that it was "T-s-a-e-s-c-i" that the mage made the orc spell out, and not Jsaesci. I'd have to go find a save game where I still had the journal to confirm, but is this just a case of someone mistaking the T for a J when reading the book's font from their screen?

I, unfortunately, transcribed these notes from in-game (rather laboriously, too; I never thought to use the Construction Set). I see that "Trumbe" has the same letter, but "Jrumbe" makes no sense. And, of course, Tsaesci is already the preferred spelling. I'm 99.9% sure you're absolutely right; I can't think of a place where there's a capital J in journal cursive, but it makes sense that I made a mistake! Corrected, with thanks. --Edwin Herdman 17:51, 31 March 2007 (EDT)
