[edit] Clarification Please
- (moved from article)
- If your allies die, you'll get reinforcements, that come trough the doors of Bliss (Golden Saints) or from Crucible, no matter which duchy you rule.
I'm really not sure what this means... the reinforcements are always Saints? Saints come from Bliss and something else comes from Crucible? This shouldn't be on the article until it's rephrased. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 15:27, 6 February 2008 (EST)
- I've added that edit, ad it is indeed incomplete, i'm sorry. It should have stated:
- If your original allies die, you'll get reinforcements, that come trough the doors of Bliss (Golden Saints) or from Crucible (Dark Seducers), no matter which duchy you rule.

- Yes, but usually not at the same time. I.E.; new allies will only appear after the original ones are killed (or at least, most of them), (the original allies are the ones with the named captain), and then you can get reinforcements of both races. Doesn't the CS offer clarity on this?--LordDagon 12:11, 11 March 2008 (EDT)

I hate to disagree, but i think it is worth noting. There's even special dialogue shouted when reinforcements arrive, something like;
-
- Sheogorath be praised! More Mazken have joined the fight!
- Look! More Aureals, there, by the gates to Bliss! Now we will surely defeat them!
So , with that said, won't you reconsider? Maybe the dialogue can be found in the CS...--LordDagon 13:15, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- It's not that I don't think the information should go on at all, it's just that at the moment I still don't understand when and why it happens! I don't like articles that equivocate with phrases like "Sometimes" or "Under certain circumstances" so unless there's more information about what type of allies arrive, where they come from and why it happens, I'd prefer it to stay here. That's one of the things discussion pages are for. –Rpeh•T•C•E• 07:47, 16 March 2008 (EDT)
-
- OK; then look at this;
- --> When: When your original allies die, or your reinforcements. You can have both on the battlefield at the same time. (for example, 3 aureals and 2 mazken)
- --> Why: To make the quest easier. Or go on etarnally... (if you never de-activate the obelisks)
- --> From where Doors to Bliss and crucible. (bliss=aureals, crucible=mazken)
- --> Who/What 3-4 Aureals/Mazken, led by an Auredig/ whatever 'captain' is in Mazken. (soldiers of both sides have bows and swords(aureal)or maces(mazken), captain only has sword/mace)
-
- Does that solve your problem?--LordDagon 12:41, 16 March 2008 (EDT)
[edit] Mehrune's Razor
Note: Mehrunes Razor does work on Jyggalag, giving you a chance for an easy kill if you have the weapon. Wpfossil 17:05, 18 June 2008 (EDT)
[edit] Greenmote Rapture
Poison made from Greenmote actually works on Jyggalag. He stumbles around seeming confused and after about 4 doses, he falls on the ground repeating his dialog until the effect wears off or you kill him.
This must be an easter egg of some sort, as Jyggalog will comment on how the Maniacs use Greenmate for entertainment, and how foolish I am to think that it would have an effect on him; the Daedric Prince of Order. Well, I casted a target spell: Weakness to Poison 100%, Weakness to Magic 100% - 60 seconds (100% Spell Effectiveness) then the seond dose with a bow and arrow. I'm currently playing on PS3 GOTY, I'm not certain that if this will work on other platforms. I've only tried this twice as I had previously chosen to replace Syl thus did not have access to the Greenmote silo.
Note: Make sure to save before you do this. Much like using the Wabbajak on Mehrunes Dagon, Jyggalag's enormous body stumbling and spinning around could corrupt your save...--Webdemon00 13:04, 31 August 2008 (EDT)
