Two questions regarding article information[edit]

The article doesn't really clarify if it's really available in-game or not, however the fact that information on how to acquire it isn't listed and that its name in the editor is mentioned suggests it's only available in the editor, thus not available on Xbox 360/PS3. But can someone verify, please? Also, what do you mean by Ghostly Immobility being "adding" on the Ghosts of Vitharn quest? There was no such ring mentioned on the quest page, and the grammar seems wrong if it's supposed to mean what I think it does. SwedishBerzerker at youtube.com 23:09, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

All the items on this page are available in-game. Your question seems to refer mainly to the Ghostly Immobility ring. I added a note to the Ghosts of Vitharn page that should answer your question. –rpehTCE 06:18, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Thanks, but the page still doesn't descibe how to acquire the Heirloom Ring, only that it existed in Morrowind and its editor name, which made me think that maybe it's one of those unaccessible items. If it isn't, then where can you achieve it? SwedishBerzerker at youtube.com 08:51, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Oops - I missed that one. No, it doesn't appear. –rpehTCE 09:08, 25 July 2009 (UTC)

Calming Pants Effect[edit]

When putting on the Calming Pants, an active scripted effect appeared in my active effects' list. Does anyone know what does it do? --188.112.158.201 18:27, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, never mind. Figured it out on The Coming Storm quest page --188.112.158.201 18:27, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Spelling Mistake[edit]

When you get Sheogorath's colthing at the end of the main questline, it is spelt "Shegorath's Regalia" instead of Sheogorath's Regalia.— Unsigned comment by 112.213.223.172 (talk) at 12:55 on 23 April 2010

ring of happiness[edit]

Gotta say, wow, "light as a feather", "a smile is contagious", "Glowing with happiness" and "walking on water" all mean someones happy (well, walking on water is also a refrence to jesus :P). Although Ive only heard "glowing with happiness" once, from my second grade teacher. Lots of ways to say your happy, on one ring, also a wedding ring lol. not quite an easter egg but still funny. For the leveled items glitch where you start a new character and you get the level 1-6 of the items in the shivering ilses. I am getting some items like the Charity of Madness and the sword Duskfang/Dawnfang at the over 30 version but the Ring of Hapiness and the Talisman of Abetment at the level 1-6 versions. I tried deleting the Shivering Ilses add on before entering it and this is the result. Can anyone offer any advice on a way to fix this? I am on the Xbox 360 if that helps.

Ring of Happiness glitch[edit]

I was playing one of my Bosmers and I took off the ring and for some reason I can still walk on water without the ring on but the other enchantments go away. I tried for all my characters and it only works for that 1 little bosmer girl.--DunmerPriestess 18:35, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Isle's gear loaded wrong is it fixable?[edit]

So for some reason even though I downloaded shivering isles on this character after level 30+ the game still wants to force me to get some items that are at level one such as the ring of happiness and amulet of abetment and I was wondering if I could fix it in the same way you can fix the issue of the raiment of the crimson scar being level one by simply removing the add- on and then saving game without the add on in and the re entering I don't want to do this if it's avoidable because it involves buying shivering isles for like 2,400 micro soft points "I'm on 360 btw" since I lost the 2nd disc of the game of the year edition any help would be appreciated thank You!!!

Magika Fortification (Perm.)[edit]

I'm Playing Oblivion and i am curious as to how to permanently fortify your magika, i tried a coupple of methods, such as ring of disrobing, even though that failed (chanced are it does work, i was using a console commanded ring though) so if anyone knows various methods to permanently fortify my magika through console commands/ methods it would be a big help to me Thanks 99.169.161.243 08:48, 6 November 2011 (UTC)

You can custom enchant clothing with fortify magicka, I recomend sigil stones. Try the ring of transmutation from the warlock's luck in Bravil, it increases magicka by 50.RIM 10:48, 6 November 2011 (UTC)
If you are interesting in Console Commands, then you can simply use the setav command. It works for skills, attributes, and your derived attributes, as well as NPC only attributes. For example player.setav magicka 1000 in the console will permanently set your magicka to 1000. You can also use setbaseav instead of setav, which obviously changes the base stat instead of the calculated one. --DKong27 Tk Ctr Em 18:37, 7 November 2011 (UTC)

Amulet of Disintegration and Calming Pants are still quest items[edit]

I have a question regarding these two items; even weeks after I´ve finished the quest, the items are still weightless in the inventory of Ahjazda. I was hoping that after 73 hours the items would gain weight, since the Unique Clothing page does list them as having a certain weight. I assume there must be a way to make this happen, but perhaps it´s bugged? Anyone who knows more about this? I´m playing on full patched Xbox 360 with all DLC. --C0rTeZ48 (talk) 06:52, 11 August 2021 (UTC)
