Banning

Banning is a Breton ranger who can be found at the Markarth Stables selling war dogs. If you ask, he will say that his family has been training war dogs for many years. A dog named Vigilance can be bought from him for 500 gold.

At the end of the quest The Taste of Death, Banning is revealed to be a cannibal and he hints that the secret of the ferocity of his hounds lies in the choice of meats given to them.
