Dawnstar

Dawnstar is a city on the northern coast of Skyrim, and the capital of the Pale. It is initially aligned with the Stormcloaks under Jarl Skald. The city is a relatively small fishing and mining settlement with few services. The residents will report having horrible nightmares, which some initially blame on a witch's curse.

For more information on Dawnstar, see the lore article.
