Frothar

Frothar is a Nord child and the eldest son of Jarl Balgruuf the Greater of Whiterun. He lives in Dragonsreach where during the night, he sometimes watches his sister Dagny sleeping.

He will say, "Father says I'm too young to train with a sword, so I practice with my fists." Of the jarl's three children, Frothar is the only who isn't rude towards you and won't make any condescending remarks to you.

Frothar wears red child's clothes and a pair of shoes. He carries a selection of food and toys, and a small amount of gold.

Notes

• If Whiterun is conquered by the Stormcloaks, then Frothar's father moves to the Blue Palace but he does not. Also, his dialogue does not change.
