Helgen Keep

Helgen Keep is a keep explored in the first quest of the game. During Unbound, you must escape a dragon attack on the town of Helgen by making your way through the keep and its subterranean caves.

After Helgen is abandoned, the town and exterior of the keep become inhabited by bandits.

• After the bandits take over, the Archery skill book The Black Arrow, v2 is in the torture room on the counter next to the bread.

Notes

• It seems the bandits did not bother to clean up the mess left behind during the dragon attack. That means you can find a lot of corpses and other items if you revisit Helgen.
• The bandits appear to have cleared the blockage of fallen rocks and built a wooden bridge after the room where you fight the last enemy soldiers inside the Keep during Unbound.
• There is a leveled chest in the room just before the "new wooden bridge".
