Hoddreid is a Nord bandit wizard, and one of the hunters who goes to Bloated Man's Grotto to hunt Sinding.
When you arrive, she is already dead at the first campfire, presumably from wounds sustained fighting Sinding. Blue mage robes and a pair of boots can be found on her corpse.
