The Karthspire is a cavern buried in the Karthspire mountain at the southern end of the Karth River valley. It is occupied by Forsworn, who have also made camp outside. There is only one zone, but it is clearly split into the Forsworn occupied camp, and the booby-trapped puzzles that lead to Sky Haven Temple.
If you fast travel to Sky Haven Temple after discovering it, you will land inside this cave, in front of the door to the temple.

- The chest in front of the stone face has been confirmed as safe, and is directly in front of the spawn point when fast traveling.
 Zone 1: Karthspire
The first section is the Forsworn occupied camp and there are three leveled Forsworn located here. There is a campfire with three bedrolls around it directly in front of the entrance, and just to the left is a ramp up to the main part of camp. Past the ramp on the lower level is an iron ore vein. The first Forsworn patrols from the campfire to the other side of the first bridge. The second is straight ahead as you ascend the planks, sitting at a table to the right of the torch. There is a bridge to the right at the top of the ramp, a dresser to the left, and two chairs, each by a table, by the torch. There is a second bridge between the chairs that leads to the third Forsworn, this one is of boss level, and highly dangerous. There is a table by the torch that holds some Forsworn equipment and weapons. There are three bedrolls, a double bed, and a chest here, and the tunnel leads to the next part of the cave.
Once through the cobwebs across the tunnel you are in the booby-trapped zone that has been designed to protect the temple from those not familiar with the Blades. To the right, before the ramp to the first puzzle, is another iron ore vein. The first puzzle is rather simple: there are three rotating pillars that, when aligned, will make the bridge to the left drop down. The correct symbol to be shown on all of them is the Dragonborn symbol. Only once the three pillars are aligned will anything happen, there are no negative consequences to getting the wrong symbol on all three pillars.
The Dragonborn symbol is an incomplete circle with two projections at the top and an arrow pointing downwards, inside the circle.
Across the bridge and through the tunnel is a pressure plate trap, which again calls for use of the Dragonborn symbol. If you or your followers activate the wrong plates, a fireball will be launched from the pillar on the western side of the room. At the far end of the trapped floor is a pullchain that will deactivate the trap entirely and lower the next section of the bridge. If you are on the quest Alduin's Wall, then Delphine and Esbern will stop before the plates, and wait until you have pulled the chain, before crossing.

The final area before the temple itself contains a chest and a quicksilver ore vein directly north of the chest. There is a circular platform in front of a stone face; an Akaviri Blood Seal, attuned to the blood of a Dragonborn as described by Esbern. Activate it to get a momentary cutscene of your character cutting their hand to open the blood seal. This can only be activated during the quest Alduin's Bane. Upon activation it will open to show the stairs to Sky Haven Temple's front door.
