Kraldar's House

Kraldar's House is located in Winterhold beside the bridge to the College. It is the home of Kraldar and his Housecarl, Thonjolf.

Notes

• A copy of the Alteration skill book Breathing Water can be found hidden in a basket on the bookshelf next to the fireplace.
• If the Imperials obtain Winterhold in the Civil War, Kraldar becomes the Jarl, moves out of this house and into the Jarl's Longhouse.
  • After Kraldar is made Jarl, the following occur:
    1. This house can be considered a "friendly residence". Things of low value can be taken from the interior and from containers. Within that limitation, the dresser, wardrobe, end table, and cupboard provide four non-respawning storage containers.
    2. Thornjolf comes back here to sleep in the single bed. He is not a follower but does not object to the player's presence.
    3. The double bed is available for sleeping.
    4. This house has a door with a Novice-level lock that resets whenever Thornjolf enters or leaves.
