• The base chance of paralyzing an opponent is 26%
• This spell affects friends as well as foes, and may earn you a bounty for multiple assaults depending on who's affected by it.
• Atronachs, Automatons, Dragons, Dragon Priests, Ice Wraiths, Mammoths, Skeletons, Wisps and Wispmothers are immune to paralysis. These targets may still be affected by the Stagger effect, however.
