Redoran's Retreat is a small set of caverns to the northwest of Whiterun holding an encampment of bandits.
It's a small dungeon consisting of two rooms containing two bandits and a dog. A boss level bandit may also be present and can usually be found near the chest in the last room. The caves contain a large amount of domestic items, which indicates, along with the multiple carts, that the caves are used as a base for holding up travelers on the nearby road.

NOTE: Some radiant quests have a sizeable list of possible locations. These quests are not placed on individual place pages, and are instead listed at radiant quest locations.
[edit] Notes
- The name of cave may refer to the Great House Redoran from Morrowind.
- An iron ore vein is available on the rock that forms the top of the cave entrance.
