The altar at Skytemple Ruins

Skytemple Ruins is a hilltop sparsely covered with ruins directly north of the College of Winterhold.

It is situated at the top of a large glacial mound surrounded by water. The sparse ruins is guarded by several skeletons outside, and contains one altar overlooking the sea and a small enclosed burial chamber with a boss level chest, guarded by a leveled draugr. A copy of the Illusion skill book Before the Ages of Man can be found next to the chest.
