Widow's Watch Ruins

Widow's Watch Ruins is a small tower located northeast of Fort Hraggstad, occupied by a single hag.

Defeat the lone hag living in this toppled tower. Exit the structure from the top and keep looping around counter-clockwise until you reach a higher doorway. Enter and go up the stairs, then cross over the wooden plank to find a copy of the Restoration skill book 2920, Rains's Hand, v4 at the feet of an expert-locked chest. The book is partly hidden by a leveled shield.
