Player Houses

It is possible to get this quest for your own house, as evidenced from the quest image of a bear in Proudspire Manor. These currently aren't listed, as according to CSList, they're missing a Boss reftype. In my case, the victim was the player's spouse, who was living in Proudspire Manor at the time. I would assume that the spouse could fill the role of the "victim" for any player house, meaning they all should be added to the list. Unless someone can point out any flaws in that logic, I'll go ahead and add them to the article. This poses a question, however: how many other radiant quests have similar circumstances, i.e. situations which can't be seen directly from the game data but which may still happen?
