Haelga's Boots[edit]

There's an interesting note about Haelga and someone else, mentioning some kinky activities involving trout and Daedric Boots... quite a combination there... anyway, it actually specifically mentions Daedric Boots... does anyone have any idea if you can actually find them? I'm level 58 and I have yet to see a single Daedric item. Bushwhacker 07:21, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Yes, you can find them or forge them yourself. See Daedric Boots. And the note you're referring to is Until Next Time. --NepheleTalk 07:58, 29 February 2012 (UTC)
Yep, that's the note I was thinking of. When you say I can 'find' them, do you mean randomly or do you actually mean that she has them somewhere and I can take them? That's more what I was hinting at, since it's such a specific instance of talking about Daedric armor. Bushwhacker 09:27, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
Once you're a high enough level you'll be able to find Daedric armor as random loot. I was not able to find any Daedric boots in the bunkhouse or in her inventory. This did not entirely surprise me as it would not be the first time there is a note about something you're unable to find. Furthermore, I'd imagine that this is easily remedied by assuming the boots went home with the secret lover. Thuraya Salaris 09:42, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Haelga Sent Thug(s)[edit]

Awhile after doing the Thieves guild quest to join where you shake down some Riften residents I got jumped by three Hired Thugs in Dawnstar. His contract said that I was a thief and it was signed "Haelga." --Tiger8u2 08:02, 6 March 2012 (UTC)

This is not unique, it can happen with any NPC you steal from, even kids. (Eddie The Head 09:07, 6 March 2012 (UTC))

Incorrect use of the "promiscuous" word[edit]

Haelga is not such type of woman, since she is trained on Dibellan arts (erotics arts) why could she be qualified as "promiscuous", she's not doing her Dibellan thing just out of her faith, could you call a "bully" to anyone who believes in Malacath's code, just because he or she's stronger than you? Would you call her a prostitute? NO, remember the articles must be written with a neutral POV. I'm removing the word and making some corrections to reflect her faith, wich is NOT promiscuous.--201.247.28.2 01:42, 25 June 2012 (UTC)

Well looking up a definition of promiscuous i got "Having casual sexual relations frequently with different partners; indiscriminate in the choice of sexual partners" this sounds more like Haelga than a prostitute. — Kimi the Elf (talk | contribs) 01:47, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
I agree. My guess is, some overly-sensitive girl got offended by the word, and overreacted. Haelga is definitely promiscuous, to put it politely. There are far worse things she could be called. 99.239.213.79 06:19, 8 May 2013 (GMT)

Pickpocketing Haelga[edit]

My current character is ~ lvl 60. He has been caught 3x in a row trying to pickpocket Haelga with a screen chance of 90% success. That is a 1-in-1000 probability. Is she immune to pickpocket? My character has both joined TG (stealing statue of Dibella) and done the Sevanna intimidates (getting the marks of Dibella). Any insight on this?— Unsigned comment by 66.69.47.166 (talk) at 23:39 on 9 March 2013

It's either a glitch, or you have a really bad case of SOL Disorder. I've been able to pickpocket her successfully plenty of times. The Third SheogorathTalk to the Cheese 02:01, 31 March 2013 (GMT)

Haelga is masochistic?[edit]

I don't mean in bed, but I have noticed that the worse I treat her, the friendlier she gets. After the shakedown, I can grab most things in the bunkhouse and sleep in some beds. After confronting her with the Dibellsn marks, she becomes even friendlier as noted by more objects in the bunkhouse being available to take. Although her conversation may still have some resentment. — Unsigned comment by 181.209.176.30 (talk) at 23:37 on 26 October 2014‎ (GMT)

That's not really masochism, but you probably befriended Svana Far-Shield by collecting the marks of Dibella. They're in the same factions, so I assume that would allow you to take things from the bunkhouse. Not sure why the Thieves Guild quest would make Haelga like you, although if she's giving resentful greetings then she probably doesn't. —Legoless (talk) 00:05, 27 October 2014 (GMT)

Haelga talks with Mjoll the Lioness[edit]

Nice article and forgive my english. But don't you guys happen to have that conversation between Haelga and Mjoll which (I believe, I may be wrong) Mjoll gets upset? I was listening to it, but a vampire attacked riften in the middle of the conversation. If you guys could add this in the article or let me know what it was about, I would be pretty cool, I bet it's funny! Thanks in advance. 186.206.247.40 16:02, 2 January 2015 (GMT)

I don't think she's essential.[edit]

Because I just killed her. I'm playing vanilla Skyrim (on the Xbox), so no mods or anything. Maybe she loses her essential status after a certain quest? — Unsigned comment by 45.18.49.103 (talk) at 01:00 on 13 August 2015‎

At some point she loses essential status as whoever left the unsigned comment said. Just did the same thing on the Xbox.Agmen (talk) 23:23, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
Yes, she's essential until Taking Care of Business. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 23:54, 18 August 2016 (UTC)

Ssssshacklesssss[edit]

Are the shackles on Haelga's bed a reference to this NPC from the Shivering Isles? — Unsigned comment by Kinetically-Interlinked Nirnian Multi-User NthGen Exoform (talkcontribs) at 08:39 on 24 May 2016 (UTC)

I'd say it's more a reference to her devious tastes. —Legoless (talk) 10:05, 24 May 2016 (UTC)
