Easter Egg[edit]

The marauder in the pit at the end of this dungeon, tends to yell "Hit the one in the middle". Is this a reference to Rocky IV? [1] -Aezay 18:30, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

That's not an uncommon thing to hear in Skyrim, you often hear it from the various drunken bar brawlers in the cities. I assume it's a reference to their intoxication. As for the Rocky reference, quite possibly that's the case. 92.239.29.29 03:37, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

Sabre Cat[edit]

The cage next to the pit has doors on both sides and a ramp leads down into the pit. The Sabre Cat cage can be opened from the top. If you're low-level enough for the cat to be a threat to anyone there, don't miss the fun. --84.63.187.133 07:18, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

After dispatching all the bandits the sabre cat became non hostile for me, it just aimlessly wandered around. — Unsigned comment by 82.3.75.20 (talk) on 9 April 2012
The cat sometimes glitches through the cage door and stays non-hostile, behaving as if it were still locked inside the cage. If you open the cage door, it immediately becomes hostile and attacks. 92.239.29.29 03:43, 28 July 2012 (UTC)

Nook behind the sabercat cage with the Master Locked chest.[edit]

This little nook can actually be accessed by falling down a hole hidden where the small waterfall (immediately before the room with all the cages) is falling. I'm not so good with wording, so if someone else could edit this into the main page as a easier stealth approach, it would be appreciated. Nothinglord 23:53, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

No saber cat[edit]

I came here to retrieve the Silver Hand's plans for Aela, and when I got to the room with the cages there was no sabre cat. I found the cage with the dead wolf, but no cat anywhere... Obax (talk) 19:29, 26 November 2016 (UTC)

Caged Bandit Opens His Cage[edit]

On some of my playthroughs, the bandit leader opens the locked door out of the pit from the inside. I'm 99.9% sure this is a bug. Has anyone else experienced this? 73.25.134.44 02:24, 23 May 2019 (UTC)
