[edit] Leter from Omluag

I received a leter from him from a cuourier right outside the city telling me that he knows what I did to Thonar Silver-Blood when I escaped. He says he won't talk about it but he wants to talk to me seeing that I'm willing to use force when needed. I looked him up but he has no dialog options neither where he sleep, works or at the inn. I did his small quest to talk to his boss even before escaping the mine. So what's this letter about, I can't find enything about it. Is it about his radiant quest which I already did by the time I received the letter? 188.24.14.70 23:46, 27 January 2012 (UTC)Luke

Did you receive this this letter? It appears to be related to this quest, but since that quest has not had a single edit yet it seems the quest/miscellaneous objective cannot be done at all. Your findings seem to reinforce that thought. Bethesda probably removed the quest, but kept the related letter. The reason you received that letter is because he disliked Thonar and he is glad that he is dead. It's not related to Omluag's quest with the Orc boss. Wolok gro-Barok 16:37, 28 January 2012 (UTC)
Omluag of Markarth will dispatch a courier for Dragonborn upon killing Azzada Lylvieve. — Unsigned comment by 69.209.208.103 (talk) at 11:53 on 29 January 2012 (UTC)
Not that letter. It is called "Letter from Omluag" and I described it's content, also his name signed at bottom. Luke— Unsigned comment by 188.24.14.70 (talk) at 14:36 on 29 January 2012
Sounds a bit like Request from to me. All the occurences of "<Alias=...>" in the letter will be filled out by the game, once you receive it. --Alfwyn 20:35, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
Yes it is that one. Just that it didn't do anything when I got it or when I read it from inventory but now by chance I dropped it and read it from the ground and a misc quest started asking me to talk to Omulag. "Job involving violence" or something like that is called, also a dialog popped up when I read it like that with a message starting with something looking like a quest id and saying something about quest stage starting after reading it. I don't have the game here to reproduce the exact thing.LukeH 15:28, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
