Redirect?[edit]

Rpeh was kind enough to make us a Shrines page, and since there's not much to say about just Shrines of Talos, I think a redirect to that page is appropriate here. Minor Edits 16:27, 15 November 2011 (UTC)

I think, but I'm not sure, that this is referring to a place, specifically a cave, with the name "Shrine of Talos". If so, I withdraw my redirect proposal. However, a disambiguation page may be prudent, directing people to either this page or the Shrines page. Minor Edits 01:36, 17 November 2011 (UTC)

Scope of this page and Talos shrine locations[edit]

Okay, as my previous posts on this talk page indicated, I had a little trouble figuring out what exactly this page is for at first. But I think it's clear now that this is meant to be a place page for one distinct location, the Shrine of Talos at Markarth.

I think the name in this case is misleading people; I don't think it's meant to be a page for all Shrines to Talos across Skyrim. If that were the case, the bots would've created "Shrine of Dibella" or "Shrine of Stendarr" pages. So this whole page needs to be revamped so it's focused on its real subject; the description should be changed, and the locations section removed. The Talos shrine locations shouldn't be here any more than the Temple of Dibella and Temple of Kynareth pages should have the locations of shrines to their respective deities on them.

Or am I totally off-base? I really don't think so, but I wanted to double-check here before throwing half the page out the window. Minor Edits 04:41, 3 December 2011 (UTC)

Yes, the bot created the page because there is a CELL (i.e., a separate room) with the name "Shrine of Talos". The console location code, MarkarthShrineofTalos, uniquely identifies it as the shrine in Markarth. --NepheleTalk 07:34, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
