Question

There are three different stories about what this stone does. Which is correct?

• The article currently says the stone gives +100% magicka regeneration and +100 weakness to enemy magic.
• In-game, the stone's description says it increases your magicka regeneration rate while increasing magicka damage (i.e. damage to your magica, typically by lightning attacks).
• In-game, under "Active Effects", it says it doubles your magicka regeneration, and doubles your weakness to magic spells.

I'm guessing the last one is correct, but I don't know. The article should reflect both the actual effects, and address mistakes.

Further, does damage from magic include damage from enemies that were conjured/resurrected by magic? (guessing not, but who knows)

The article means that you're twice as vulnerable to magicka damage, as in damage from magical attacks - and not damage to your magicka supply. All three of those are are correct, the only one that states it's abilities incorrectly is the loading screen tip.
